Foods from Jamaica are extremely healthy due to the high content of fish, beans, vegetables. They also use smaller portions of meats and they use a lot of unprocessed foods. Jamaicans eat all natural!
So, why did I do Jamaican recipes?
Well, I've always been curious by all the different foods from different cultures, especially how they cook it, and what they use. I have always enjoyed food, it's one of the greater things in life and I thought it would be nice to know how the other people around the world enjoy food. These are just a few recipes I found while searching the web, and I might end up trying to make them someday. I tried to make Jamaican Banana Bread, but to no prevail. I can't cook, but these guys sure can. They also tend to use vegetables, and exotic spices in their cooking as well.
